1. Data We Process

WordGOAT is designed to work without collecting personal information from you:

• No Account Required: You do not need to create an account or provide any personal details to play WordGOAT.
• Offline Gameplay: All levels are available offline. The game itself does not require an internet connection and does not send your gameplay data to our servers.
• Local Storage: Your game progress, scores, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

WordGOAT is free to play and is supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google. When ads are displayed, Google may collect and process certain data on its own behalf, which may include:

• Device identifiers, such as your advertising ID (Android) or IDFA (iOS).
• IP address and coarse location derived from it.
• Device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, and app version.
• Ad interaction data, such as which ads were shown and whether they were viewed or tapped.

We do not receive or store this data ourselves. Google's use of this data is governed by its own policies:

• Android: You can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ads personalization in your device settings under Privacy > Ads.
• iOS: You can prevent apps from tracking you across other apps and websites in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and limit personalized ads under Apple Advertising settings.
• Google Ads Settings: You can manage how Google personalizes ads at adssettings.google.com.

5. Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data concerning you. Since WordGOAT itself does not collect or store your personal data, requests regarding advertising data are best directed to Google via the links above. For anything else, you can always contact us and we will do our best to help.

You can delete all locally stored game data at any time by uninstalling the app.

6. Children's Privacy

WordGOAT is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
